Face Yoga and Face Massage 1:1 Sessions

In this 90 minute session you will learn facial exercises to strengthen and tone your muscles, which naturally lifts the skin. The exercises also improve circulation of blood and lymph and release tension and stagnant energy. Once learned, these facial exercise can be practised in as little as 10 minutes a day. They have positive and lasting results that empower us to take care of ourselves naturally and feel good doing it. A recording of the exercises and a follow-up 15 minute video call is included.

After the face workout you will be treated to an Ayurvedic Face Massage. Warm organic oils (suitable to the individual's constitution) are applied to the face, neck, head, and shoulders. Marma - vital energy - points are stimulated. These marma points are found all over the body, but are particularly concentrated on the face, neck, and upper chest. Stimulation of these points, together with soothing strokes, make this a most balancing and healing treatment for the body, mind and soul. Leaving us feeling connected, relaxed and blissful.
