Lorraine is the owner and Director of Calmblue, and a full member of the AoR and FSB. She started up Calmblue in 2011; fulfilling her dream of establishing a fully integrated holistic therapy centre, with a close team of experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate therapists. Lorraine qualified as a Reflexologist at the Oxford School of Reflexology in 2000. She is also a Reiki Master Teacher, and an RLD Practitioner.
Alison has been working as a Remedial Massage Therapist for over seventeen years. She has diplomas in Swedish Massage (DSM), Sports and Remedial Massage (RMT), and Advanced Sports and Remedial Massage (DARM). She has also attended courses and several workshops on Clinical and Orthopaedic Massage, and Techniques in Remedial and Sports Massage, both in Britain and the United States. Alison is a member of the Scottish Massage Therapist Organisation (SMTO).
Lucila trained as a lawyer and teacher before she came into counselling. At the heart of her relationship to the world is the interest she has in people and their development, hence her interest not only in counselling but also in justice and teaching. As a teacher she developed deep and meaningful work with the children in her care, their families and the school community. Lucila trained with The Biography and Social Development Trust, and is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Carol Watson began her vocational spiritual practice in 1999; attending a regular meditation circle, along with becoming a member of a psychic development group. From there Carol trained as highly qualified Melchizedek Method Practitioner whilst living in Australia. Upon return to Scotland in 2004 Carol not only trained in Complementary Therapies in Edinburgh but enhanced her psychic skills and intuitive, energy work through qualifying as a Sekhem Master and ISIS Blue Moon Therapist whilst attending Edinburgh College of Parapsychology. In 2009 Carol developed Societal Imprinting Release as a therapeutic healing aid and regression therapy for past hurts/traumas; going into past lives. MA=RaY Light gentle touch wellness modality was developed in 2012 from the root-stem of Sekhem. Since then, several MA=RaY Light Therapists have been trained in Edinburgh by Carol. In 2016 Carol qualified in Sound as a Therapy and developed Sound-Sense, a therapeutic new whole-health modality.

Amanda uses a gentle or deep, soothing massage technique. She has been an Ayurvedic Face Massage practitioner since 2008 and also works with Ayurvedic Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Swedish body Massage, Full Body Massage and Reiki. Amanda has been teaching Yoga for about fifteen years, specialising in Slow-Flow Yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation.
Nijen is a registered member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH) and Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM). She is currently studying Naturopathic Nutrition and completing IFM's Advanced Module. Nijen is also a certified practitioner of Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS). Nijen is skilled at identifying root cause of chronic conditions and using diet changes, lifestyle modifications and herbal medicines to bring relief from symptoms from complex diseases.
Dr Milliken practiced for twenty years as a GP at the Kippen Surgery in Stirlingshire. He brings with him his vast medical knowledge, along with his training as a Naturopathic Nutritionalist. Dr Milliken integrates into his practice, as a holistic therapist, Bowen Technique, Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy, Emmett Technique, and Applied Kinesiology.
Sheelagh is passionate about homeopathy. She has been a full-time homeopath and flower essence practitioner since 2005, having graduated from the Lakeland College of Homeopathy in 2003. Following graduation, she completed a postgraduate year at the Integrative College. Sheelagh has studied with many eminent homeopaths from home and abroad and has written for international homeopathic publications. She has run many courses for beginners to experienced homeopaths and has taught at homeopathic colleges. “I love the magic of homeopathy, the potential of transforming dis-ease and supporting people through their personal journey. I feel truly honoured and privileged every day to have clients share their individual stories with me.”
David lived in the ashram of a world-renown Indian spiritual master for over 10 years. It was there he discovered the power and relevancy of astrology, eventually becoming certified at the American Institute of Vedic Studies, founded by world acclaimed author and yogic scholar, Dr. David Frawley. Later, he furthered his studies with some of the most respected names in Vedic astrology including Dr. Bepin Behari, Dr. Dennis Flaherty and Dr. Dennis Harness, one time president of the American Council of Vedic Astrology (ACVA). Since 1992, David has published articles on astrology and read the charts of thousands of clients from all over the world and from all walks of life, helping them to understand the purpose of their lives.
Ryan is a Hypnotherapist with over fifteen years experience coaching and mentoring clients from all over the world including the UK, Europe, Australia and America. Ryan's background is in Sport Performance, where he was nominated for Coach Developer of the Year in 2018 and attained the prestigious title of Fellow of the Professional Golfers Association (PGA). Ryan has also trained and worked closely with a number of world class organisations such as the PGA, The Monroe Institute, Yoga Australia, Positive Coaching Scotland (PCS), Scottish Golf, UK Coaching, Scottish Athletics, Sport Scotland, British Army, Disability Scotland, Special Olympics and the University of Birmingham. Ryan offers guidance and support in various Hypnotherapy contexts, including readjusting unwanted behaviours and actions and to realign aims and goals that allows a more prosperous and happy life to be achieved.
Lucinda studied homeopathy at the School of Homeopathy in Devon, and has been registered with the Society of Homeopaths since 1990. She has also completed a postgraduate diploma with the British Institute of Homeopathy and studied clinical nutrition. Over the past 25 years, as well as practising, Lucinda has taught and supervised. In the late 1990s she spent two years living in Sarajevo and running a training program in classical homeopathy. Lucinda enjoys working with children and adults alike, and welcomes patients whose symptoms have not responded to other methods of treatment.
In understanding the dynamics of individual energy systems Pamela Jo maximises the connection to her client, more easily meeting their needs. Her aim is to provide the individual with rejuvenation, relaxation and peaceful mind, through channeling healing energy and holding unconditional love, raising vibration and removing energetic blockages. Pamela Jo worked at Center Parcs when first qualified in massage. She has worked with Carlisle Flood Therapy Group and Carlisle Carers (both a Charitable Organisation). She also has experience working with people with special needs, both as a therapist and a support worker. Pamela is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Christine taught for fifteen years at the Edinburgh Steiner School. Through her training as a Waldorf teacher, she gained a foundation in Anthroposophy. In 2002 Christine undertook a training course in Rhythmical Massage Therapy, and in 2006 completed her intern/practicum placement at Park Attwood Clinic, then worked with doctors and therapists treating people suffering from acute, chronic, and life-threatening illnesses and disorders. Integrated into her practice are adults with severe mental problems and learning difficulties. Christine is a registered member of the RMTA UK & Eire, a member of the Anthroposophical Society of Great Britain and the CAHSC.
Maria qualified as a massage therapist in 1994. She worked in different institutions and clinics in Austria and Germany, mostly offering Massage Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Maria considers massage as a way to reconnect body and mind, where massage not only improves muscular-skeletal issues, but also influences mental wellbeing and reduces stress, depression and anxiety. Maria also works as a dance/movement psychotherapist. She is a member of the Scottish Massage Therapist Organisation (SMTO) and the Dutch Association for Dance Movement Therapy (FVB, NVDAT).
John Andrich qualified as a Registered Massage Therapist in Germany in 1992, and is a member of the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation (SMTO). John has over twenty five years professional massage therapy experience, including ten years of working in a geriatric rehabilitation clinic in Germany; where he supported the recovery and regaining of independence and dignity after surgery and accidents.
