This therapy is hands on (fully clothed) and comprises listening to the innate rhythms of the body and bringing you to a place of stillness, wherein the body for once has a safe place to readjust and unwind if necessary. It is based on the fact that everyone has an innate ‘elastic’ type memory of a state of optimal functioning which traumas, stress and modern living lifestyles tend to interfere with sometimes.
