For over 16 years Mark has worked in mental health; in Addiction, Child Adolescent Mental Health, and many challenging clinical settings. Seeing people in pain, and recovering through a process of change, gave him insight into the human potential and limitations. The practice of Chinese Medicine has allowed him another way to view health and the interactions of mind, body, and the things that disrupt that natural equilibrium. This can allow a wider way of seeing. For over 30 years Mark has been involved in mind/body arts and systems of cultivation, such as authentic Chinese martial arts, Chi kung, Zen, and other various disciplines that increase communication between mind and body and our environment. This has taken him across the world for long periods of time, and he has been fortunate to have studied in-depth with some of the world's best.
